There were 41 youths, male and female, at the two houses in Samerphong housing estate in Hua Hin district, when the party was crashed by police and soldiers around 11.40pm. Drug use was found at two houses in Prachuap Khiri Khan's Hua Hin rented by youths from Bangkok for a Halloween party on Tuesday night.
